Analia Clouet is the Secretary General and Deputy Head of the Legal Department of Banque Raiffeisen, the largest cooperative bank in Luxembourg. Her area of expertise is Governance, Legal and Regulatory Affairs. In an increasingly complex environment, her expertise has become key in order to understand the social, economic and regulatory challenges banks are currently facing. As a member of management, Analia supports Banque Raiffeisen in its ongoing transformation towards a new model advocating long-term growth, through the integration of human and sustainable dimensions, as well as the preservation of its cooperative values. Analia holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Cologne, a Master in Business Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and an Executive Master in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
